Hotel muito simples. O valor da diária não compensou: você encontra quase o mesmo valor em um hotel de rede com melhor qualidade. O ar condicionado não esquenta (somente frio), o quarto estava sujo (com fios de cabelos no chão). O chuveiro estava bom, felizmente. O café da manhã foi bom, simples mas muito gostoso. Silencioso e com o entrono muito bom (rede de restaurantes fast Food dentre outros)

Para um hotel slim a estada foi bem melhor do que o esperado. Limpo, Organizado, banheiro pequeno mas com limpeza e os acessórios em muito bom estado. Café da manhã bom.

Eu quero relatar os erros, falta de informação: as informações deveriam ser claras no check in e não no check out, tive que pagar duas diária por causa de um amigo que estava no curso comigo entrou no meu quarto, não dormiu porém cobraram duas diárias somente por que ficou mais de 10 minutos, isto é um absurdo, café da manhã poderíamos melhor etc

A propriedade é bem localizada, com fácil acesso às principais necessidades básicas: supermercado, restaurante, farmácia, etc. Os funcionários são corteses e atenciosos. O ponto ruim do serviço do hotel é o horário do café, muito tarde, inicia às 7h. Não consegui tomar café um dia se quer. Como fui a trabalho, tive que sair às 6h30 do hotel. Pedi para servir algo pelo menos às 6h15 e não fui atendida. Penso que é preciso rever essa questão do horário. É muito ruim pagar por algo e não poder usufruir.
