Good communication! Texted prior to arrival that Pool/HotTub not working. Offered free cancellation or pass to nearby Hotel 👍 Coffeemaker in room did not work. Friendly housekeeper brought new one. Continental breakfast but BobEvans next door. Great location. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Everything was wonderful about this new hotel; however, they did not plow or shovel the parking lot. For the six days I stayed, it was extremely slippery and deep snow.
