I had a two night stay. The hotel was under renovation on the two top floors. Not bad, but a bit noisy since I waa on the 3rd floor. My only real complaint was there was never hot enough water in the shower or sink.

Fantastic place to stay

This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staff at the front desk could have been a little friendlier. No "hello" or "welcome to...". The cleaning staff is the best I've ever seen. Even the corners were clean. The beds were amazing & soft. Good choice of channels to watch. Lots of places to sit &chat. I'll stay here every time I go to Indiana.

Plenty of space in the rooms with lots of seating options. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but the room and the hotel itself was very clean. Staff was friendly overall. Hotel is close to a Walmart if you want to go grab some snackies. Parking is easy. Good value.

Avoid!

Worst Hyatt property I have ever stayed. Bed platform was tilted back (head below feet). Ripped carpeting all up and down the hallways. Chunks out of the trim and holes in the wall in the elevator. Sticky finish on the room desk where you had to work. Supposedly they were doing remodeling of the 5th floor, but if you ask me, the whole place was a war zone.
