Great, quiet location near transport
Comfortable hotel in a nice quiet location. Just a stop away from the train station and you're minutes away from pretty much everything. Bed was very comfortable as well. Only thing was we were not told that breakfast was included so we missed eating during our stay.

The hotel was excellent! The staff was very helpful and always friendly! The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The only down side is that it is relatively close to the train station, so sometimes you have to walk through that area, which is not pretty, when coming back from the city center. But overall, we would stay again.

This hotel is quite convenient and close to Frankfurt Central Station. This is also perfect for family. You can request connecting rooms for a family of 4 or more. Unfortunately our reservations were screwed up. The front desk thought our assigned rooms were connecting to each other however they were not and in two separate sides of the hotel even though the room numbers are in numerical order. We needed to request to switch room next to the other room but it turned out to be a smaller room. Other than this, the rooms come with all appliances you may need, washer, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher.

Excellent experience…amazing clean and comfortable. The washing machine was a nice surprise. Ice machines would have been nice but when I requested ice it was brought to me immediately. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return.

Great hotel. Except I requested an extra bed before checking in and offered to pay for it. They said yes and they would provide at no additional cost. However, no extra bed when we checked in which was sad because the hotel was actually nice.
