It is difficult to convey fully the wonderful features and attention to details of this superb 4-bedroom luxury villa set above the town of Funchal and with spectacular views of the sea.
Examples abound; elevator to all floors, electrically adjustable cover over the barbecue area and dining table, underfloor heating set at a year-round 22ºC, camouflaged air conditioners, Smart TV’s with cable and Netflix connection and en-suites in every bedroom, a separate outdoor kitchenette for preparing anything that may affect the inside of the house, swimming pool shower with hot water… and too many others to list.
The spacious open plan living area is set on the 2nd floor, and floor to ceiling picture windows open to a very large front terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for appreciating those awesome views over Funchal and the sea – possibly the best place to see the New Years’ Eve fireworks. To the rear is the laundry and the additional outdoor kitchenette.
The pool deck and long swimming pool (heating optional) is set to the side and includes a barbecue area with covered built-in barbecue and outdoor dining facilities.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a front balcony; in the bedroom corridor is the drop-down single bed for the 9th person. The fourth bedroom is on the 2nd floor and opens via sliding picture windows to the large front terrace. The minimum stay is 07 nights.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
