Adorable Settlement home with seasonal lake and waterfall views

Views of the waterfall and lake Galena in the fall, winter and spring. For the spring, summer and fall we have a fire pit and 4 chairs for you to use, just bring along your firewood! We kindly ask that you put the chairs on the gravel next to the deck, the landscapers will not cut the grass if the chairs are in the way. We have a charcoal grill off the back deck. We ask that you bring your own charcoal and clean after each use. This home was just fully remodeled. All new furniture, flooring, cabinets and bathrooms. You will have access to 6 proxy cards to enter into the Owners Club. Parking is on site, WI-FI, all smart TV's to login into your NetFlix acct. Each of the bedrooms has their own private bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with mostly everything you need. Towels, linens, throw blankets, coffee, creamer provided. Toilet paper, paper towels too
*ABSOLUTLY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. IF THERE IS A SMELL OF CIGARETTES, CIGARS, OR MARIJUANA THERE WILL BE A $100 FINE.
* ANY LOST PROXIMITY CARDS WILL COST $50 TO REPLACE.
*Limit of 2 dogs under 25LBS each. There is a $50 per fee per dog.
No cats allowed.
If a pet exceeds the weight limit without approval will result in a $250.00 fine.

Weekend in the Galena Territory
We spent a winter weekend in the Territory. The house was neat and warm and very cozy. There are two fireplaces (non-wood burning ) that kept us toasty. The rental provided access to the Territory’s Owners Club and its fitness center, which was a nice plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, charming cottage
My family and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this cozy and charming cottage. It was the perfect size, and we had everything we could have needed. With the cold temperatures, we really enjoyed the fireplace which not only warmed up the rooms, but made them extra cozy and relaxing. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 (and dogs), and it was the perfect getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is beautiful. The use of space is second to none. Very clean with great decor and furniture. My friend didn't want to leave because it was so cozy. This is out first choice next time we visit Galena.

Overall it’s a nice, small community of 2 bedroom cottages which back up to a wooded area. The place is clean and comfortable! It was convenient to have two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It was a 10 minute scenic drive to go to Galena!

Tiny but efficient use of space
This was the perfect fit for my family of 4, parents and 2 adult children. We were able to utilize the 2 bedrooms and pullout couch so everyone had their own accommodations. The 2 full and one 1/2 bath were essential for harmony and sanity during our stay. Kitchen and dining room had great use of space and had everything we needed. And the fact that the host contacted us 30 min before our check in to let us know that the house was ready was a huge help in getting us to our 5:00 family event a bit less hurried.

Cozy Stay
This was a great location with a beautiful view of the waterfall through the winter trees. The home was the perfect size and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. It was great to have two full baths on the second floor attached to bedrooms and to also have the half bath on the first floor. Stacy was extremely responsive but everything was where she said it would be and check-in/out was super easy. Very easy drive to the general store and out of the territories. Would stay again for sure!

Comfortable Home
Very nice property with great amenities. The property manager was very quick to reply when the TV didn’t turn in. Came to find out it was unplugged. We were very happy to have a nice kitchen, laundry and 2 1/2 baths available! Highly recommend the unit! It should be noted that the GTA does not allow electric bikes on the paths. We rode our bikes after dinner since the road is busy and narrow.

Wonderful house and you will not be disappointed!
This little house was simply adorable and we loved the decor. The space was very clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the showers have excellent water pressure. We have never been to The Settlements and we were so surprised how quiet and cute the area is. This rental was one of the most well stocked properties in which we have stayed. No doubt we would stay here again when visiting Galena. Thank you Stacy!

Friends Quilting Retreat
After a rough start due to bad weather in the Midwest, we were able to delay our trip one day and had a relaxing and enjoyable time sewing with friends. Nice location away from the bustle of town and nice winter waterfall views from the back windows.
