We loved the secluded nature of this resort. It was rare to see more than 10-15 people on the beach or in the water at any given time, and plenty of hours when we had the beach to ourselves. Activities like kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and biking were free, with complimentary rental of helmets, paddles, life vests, and snorkel masks/fins. There were other tours and activities available for a fee.
What you can't see from the photos is the excellent snorkeling available and the unparalleled glimpse you'll get of the Milky Way each night. I count both experiences among the best of my life.
Our villa was spacious, comfortable, and everything (from furnishings to fixtures) looked like new. We enjoyed cooking in our villa kitchen, making our own frosty beverages, and watching Netflix/Amazon Prime Video each night.
The resort makes their own drinking water, and there are small markets and cafes on the island if you want to eat in your villa/bungalow or away from the resort. While we were there, many fish/seafood dishes on the menu were not available, but this is typical on islands that depend on local catches and imported goods. Every dish we enjoyed was delicious and well-made.
For those who are prone to mosquito bites (early in the morning and sunset/night), the resort provides insect repellent.
