The bad experience is I need to change the room two times. The first room have a bad smell. The second room when I open the door there is too much water on the floor and I nearly fall down. And I have a good experience in this hotel too. The bell boys help me to transport my luggage up and down and they are very friendly. The hotel location is good. Convenient to take the MTR

I enjoyed my stay at the Furama very much. Wonderfully located on the edge of the financial and Chinese district. Excellent for shopping malls and restaurants . Very friendly and helpful staff and an very enjoyable breakfast. I will come again.!

Receptionist said: "delux twin room with view" means just a STANDARD ! ( What a rip-off!?) No service: no hand/wash towel, no window with view at all !!!??; This considered just under grade of a hotel. Should be a MOTEL, DIRTY, BAD SERVICE. NOISY, LOUSY...RATHER LIKE A FOOD COURT !

The hotel is a little shabby but what sets it apart from other flashier hotels is the staff service in the Executive Club Lounge. Having cold non alcoholic beverages available during the day was always welcome after coming in from the heat. In the evening alcohol - wines and spirits are served between 6 to 8 pm. Different warm dishes eg prawn cutlets, chicken skewers, curry puffs together with cheese and biscuits, savoury nibbles and cakes were also supplied. What the hotel lacks in ambience however is completely overshadowed by the amazing friendly staff in the Executive Club. Agnes, Ray, Ivy, Ralph, Mei, and Desmond were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are clean, internet was fast and the view across the bay magnificent. The pool area lacked charm and the water was freezing. A spa would have been a welcome addition. Would I stay here again? Most definitely.

We had an enjoyable four night stay. The hotel is ideally located close to Clarke Key with two MRT stations within easy walking distance. The decoration of the hotel is just a little drab in the corridors and landings but our room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of our requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was particularly good and great value for money - setting us up for the day’s exploring. We would recommend this hotel to anybody but especially to families as their family rooms contain many extras such as a microwave, freezer, sink and dishes.
