Very good

I don’t want to be critical of a hard working guy who makes you feel welcome, food and service were excellent, just be aware, if you are booking a single room (room 6) it is very small, very clean, but very small, doesn’t really suit a larger individual!!
The breakfast was amazing. Very nice hosts. Al was such a hardworking personnel and we enjoyed our stay.
Our room was a bit small and noisy since it was facing the street but that’s all in Dublin.
Walls thin, mattress was dated but staff were welcoming and area was very walkable and safe. It was great to be away from all the hoopla but close enough to get to if you wanted it. Very close to the bus depot which is convenient. When the stadium is finished, will be even better location for spots fans.

Excellent breakfast but not aware it would be an additional charge. Room and bathroom worn looking and small. Sheets and towels very clean. Convenient to city center by foot. Some road noise
For the cost they charged us (similar to for seasons resorts), the property is third rated. Wifi does not work well, infact it stopped during our stay and the property manager could not do anything till the next day.
The walls are paper thin, the bathroom is clean but really small and no place to keep even your toothbrush and paste. No place to hang you clothes or the bath towel while taking a shower. Don’t waste your money, go find much better places in galway for cheaper prices. Oh, you also need to pay extra for breakfast :).
It did exactly what it said on the tin. Cheap, but clean and convenient. It's not the Ritz but it was really clean, close to the centre of town, free parking, plenty of space, and the staff were friendly enough. Would recommend and would go back!

Our plane was delayed and they have a check in of 9:00 p.m.. We left messages and sent an email to let them know we were going to be late and tried to call many times and we were locked out. As it was prepaid we received no reimbursement. We were exhausted and had to drive around to find a last minute hotel. There policy is inconvenient to travellers. I would take it off you list as a possibility.
Al, the owner was so kind and helpful. He was quick to respond to our needs and makes an amazing breakfast! The location was within walking distance to the center of town.
Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Highly recommended.

Pros/cons
Pros: location (near downtown by walk), free parking and the host let us stay 2h in his parking after check-out, coffee included, hair dryer.
Cons: very small room and bathroom, paper thin walls (we could hear others conversations), the bedding should be changed (old) and the towels too. Would be practical to have hooks for the wet towels too.

We had a double room. If you have any cases other than carry on you will struggle to find space to keep them.
I'll give them credit for squeezing a TV (small one high up to one side of bed) and an ensuite but it's one of those teeny tiny ensuites in a closet basically.
Measured the width as 3.5 Pixel 8 smartphone lengths and access to shower as 2.5 phone lengths.
Don't drop anything in there as you won't be able to pick it up.
Toilet took 10 minutes to refill to flush.
Great breakfast and great location so if space is not an issue for you it's fine.
Staff were very friendly and helpful

Having lived in the US for 30 years, whenever we are home our favourite thing to do is to get out and explore, staying in B&Bs and getting great tips from the hosts for food, sight-seeing and hiking off the beaten paths.
This was not that. We notified them in advance that we would likely arrive after hours (tough to predict when you travel 8,500 km in 22 hours.) We made great time from Dublin, but apparently it was a major inconvenience for them when we arrived within office hours. The host was cranky and rude and we did not appreciate what I assume was the “American special” when he told us we would pay €50 in town for a full Irish so we should give him €10 for a continental breakfast. Actual cost of full Irish was €10 - 14.
The room smelled like old wet carpet (room opens directly to outside with nowhere to ditch wet boots/coats) The toilet seat was gross and promptly replaced upon request.
Never ever again.
Added 1 star for great location.
Great, clean, comfortable place to spend the night. A very homey, comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. It is definitely basic so if you are looking for something fancier than this is not the place for you but we enjoyed two lovely nights in this clean and simple B&B.
