We emailed go get shuttle arranged 3 days prior to arrival 3 emails no responce. We arrived at airport called hotel about shuttle they replied take a taxi, we dont provide. Okay no problem , we got taxi. At first the gentlemen at the front entrance was the nicest person on the entire property, he greeted us at taxi brought us to checkin and brought us to room, showed us all in room. Great service!! Waitress at restaurant walked away half way thru us trying o order didnt return, we had to get her twice ourselves to place order, then she never returned. Called room service 3 x to bring up water and still did not went to front desk 3x for same request. Still no. Customer service was not good, room service did not come, tour guide was great . Motel itself was not satisfying will not return

The location was great. The property was in a really bad shape. The golf cart ride to see some species in their natural habitat was the highlight of the stay. Everything else … not too many offerings in the area but would not have stayed here had I visited before hand.

The price was relatively cheap. The rooms were nice, no complains. I didn't like that pools didn't looked clean because the water was a bit dirty (not super bad, but not what you would like to have). Not so much activities to do.
