Never again booking this place. We actually checked out just a few hours after checking in because it was so dirty and there was a very nasty smell coming from inside of the room. If we stayed the night we would’ve most likely gotten sick.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. The check in was very quick and we were in our room in no time. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the best attractions in Gatlinburg. It’s a great stay for the price.

We checked in and the room they gave us was not even cleaned, unmade bed, unflushed toilet, heat was up to 90 degrees! The person who checked us in just talked about bears in the area. No mention on where the breakfast was served and what time, we had to ask in the morning. Would not stay again!

I stayed in a room with a jet tub and a fireplace. The tub and fireplace were amazing. The king bed was really comfortable too! However, the room and the hotel as a whole are interesting. Many things have been renovated and are brand new, like the furniture, bathroom sinks and mirrors, tiled floors and carpets. Other things are old and outdated, like the showers, toilets, A/Cs and TVs. Over all, this was not a bad stay for the price, especially considering you're right in downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay here again.

Definitely recommend
The room was roomy, comfortable, pretty well maintained, comfortable bed, my wife requested extra pillows and they were quickly supplied, reasonably priced, trolly stop close by (purple route), eateries close by, right on the parkway, don't leave food in your vehicle as bears might break in which i was told can be a problem at any of the hotel's in town. We had a hreat and comfortable time and didn't break the bank. We didn't swim but they have a nice moderately sized pool for adults and wading pool for kids.
