The reservation wasnt ready for tume it was supposed to be. It the room, the floors were sticky and the carpet was stained and ripped up where it went from tile to carpet. The fridge didnt seem to work. Wont be staying here again

Hidden gem in gatlinburg
Check un was quick and easy. Parking was not a problem. Make sure your oarking pass is in your window so you don't get towed. The room was clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh; waffle maker, eggs, sasuage, busicuts and gravy, cereal, danishes, bread, coffee, juice. The location is PERFECT! Your at the beginning of the Gatlinburg strip. No need to pay extra for parking. No issues during our stay. This hotel has been added to my, "will stay again" list.

Pros: downtown Gatlinburg is within walking distance. This was a plus since driving through downtown is bumper to bumper and parking in downtown is over $20. Getting to Pigeon Forge was an easy drive. The room was spacious. We selected a king room with fireplace which had a sofa bed too. Fireplace didn’t warm the room though. Refrigerator in room too. Check in staff polite. Con: free breakfast tasted gross. When we arrived at 9 there was no food. We had to find an employee to ask for food and it took 10 minutes to bring out. Dining room was filthy and no one around to clean up. We went out for breakfast every morning after. Also reception area smells heavily of marijuana. That’s because there’s a dispensary attached next to hotel reception .
