Our NO PETS & N0 SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, new pillow top mattress and springs and 40" flat screen TV.
It has a wide sliding glass door that leads to the adjacent covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the outdoor pool.
Oak Square has an outside pool and a large heated indoor pool w/ kiddie pool. The Heated indoor pools are open year around.
The fully equipped kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets a new four burner stove with oven, toaster, large microwave, full size refrigerator / freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, ample nice silverware, pace settings and stainless steel cookware.
The living room / dining area has a Queen size sleeper sofa for relaxing and watching the large wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining area has a nice Granite table and two chairs.
The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.
There are 2 conveniently located elevators and covered parking for personal vehicles, there is ample additional paved parking for trailers or boats.
The downtown location puts you very close to many shops and great restaurants.
Directly across the street there is a wide concrete sidewalk beside the river that runs through Gatlinburg. Hard to beat a cup of coffee and a morning walk along the river.
You are located in walking distance of Ripley's Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not on Main St, the Aquarium, Anakeesta many shops and great restaurants.

Great stay

Stayed at this condo for two days. It's a perfect size for a solo traveler and it's close to quite a few restaurants. I can also appreciate that its near the stairs so I can get some extra exercise. Also easy to get to the national park.

Easy walk to downtown

The condo was nicely remodeled and had a "small cabin feel". The exterior of the entire complex was a little dated, but overall a great deal to stay a couple of nights. Easy to walk to the downtown strip without being too close. Mattress and sofa could use updating, otherwise a nice clean place to stay

Comfortable with a rustic flare!

Perfect location and accommodations for the 2 of us. We walked to dinner, breakfast and local shopping. We did a little cooking since our family stoped by. It was cozy, but the folding chairs were appreciated and the pool was very clean and warm. I did take my own big pot to assemble my spaghetti sauce!! Sam was very quick and friendly to answer my questions.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. We walked to eat and to enjoy the sights of downtown Gatlinburg. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The apartment is just as the pictures show. There was plenty of room for all of us. We will be back!!

Very well placed condo building. No need to drive anywhere downtown you can easily walk. Best time also to go to Gatlinburg ie after Thanksgiving and before Christmas. Will be back again.

Wonderful location!

We loved the location of this condo!! It was just around the corner from the main strip, out of all the main traffic. We walked everywhere we went. The breakfast place we loved was Flapjacks, which was right around the corner. There is a creek that runs through town which was right close to us. One night walking back from a pizza place, which was right there close, we saw a bear walking down the creek 20 ft away just minding his own business. I cant say enough that we loved the condo and the location. Very nice and clean place to stay!!

The best trip!!

This was such an amazing stay! We truly enjoyed every minute of it, and the condo was everything advertised and more! We will definitely be coming back here. It definitely gives you a home away from home feeling with its cozy vibes and fully stocked with the items you might not have thought about bringing. This condo was exactly what we hoped it would be.

The owner, Sam Banks, is a Christian and a complete gentleman. When you add Sam with this very clean and very attractive cabin accent, it equals a wonderful place to rest when coming home from a full day of numerous attractions and surrounded by beautiful friendly people. See you next year! The Smoky Mountains is an amazing example of how Almighty God used his time to create such beauty among the many different colored leaves during this fall season. When Almighty God creates something He just never holds back. Thank you Sam and thank you Jesus.
