You will sink into the plush living room seating, inviting you to unwind and relax. Many apps available on all three TVs. You will be pleased to find a fully equipped kitchen with new pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, new Keurig coffee maker, microwave, crock pot, utensils, bakeware, silverware, and very nice dishes. We've even added a Keurig Coffee Maker and a rice cooker! Both bedrooms on the main level have comfy queen bedding and lovely furnishings and both have a flat screen TV. The upstairs loft bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Relax on your balcony and take in the mountain views!!!****This is a non-smoking unit****

➡️ The High Chalet complex is located 3.5 miles from traffic light #10 in Gatlinburg, a 10-13 min drive to the top of the mountain. High Chalet is approximately 3200 ft. above sea level and is the highest complex in Tennessee thus generating spectacular views and lots of fresh mountain air! This condo is on the 3rd floor..there is no elevator.

➡️Area Attractions: You may want to take in some of the attractions of Pigeon Forge like Dollywood Theme Park, The Dolly's Stampede, the Titanic exhibit, comedy theaters, magic shows, dinner theaters, go karts, or you may like to stroll the arts and crafts communities and the streets of Gatlinburg and feel the 'Romance of Gatlinburg.' Beautiful condo atop a mountain
The condo is at the top of a mountain and end of the road-- so there is very little traffic. The mountain view is unobstructed. It is completely as described, well apportioned, and very warm in the winter weather. The hot tubs are at the top of the property, both outdoors and one was hotter than the other, but they both operated fine. All dishes, etc. were supplied. We didn't see a bug on the property. We felt very safe. The walls are a little thin as we could clearly hear the TV from the next unit in our bedroom.

Loved the location and chalet! Relaxing place to come back to after enjoying the parks and shopping. Loved having the full service kitchen as well. I would give it a 5/5 if the matress in the master is replaced. It indents in and caused significant sleeping challenges for us. I slept on couch futon after the first 2 nights of stuggling with comfort. Bears greeted us upon arrival. Don't leave any food out. Watched them jump into the bed of a truck when someone left a bag of food in it. Thank you for a great getaway with our family

Cozy apartment with an amazing view
We loved this apartment. It was clean, spacious, well lit, quiet and cozy. It is big enough for 6 people. Getting there was an adventure in itself. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to come back.

Condo in the sky
We arrived it was a long drive straight up in the mountains. That was okay. The view from condo very pretty. The condo definitely looked bigger in photos and there is any elevators to take up your luggage. It’s 3rd floor up so when you are carrying your luggage that’s challenging. The bathroom shower is small but it does have nice hot water. The condo at night was hot we had to open the windows but it still was warm. The balcony is super small. If the condo had elevators it might be okay cause one adult just had knee surgery it was a little difficult. We only stayed a weekend so it was durable.

The 2nd time was just as nice!
This was our 2nd stay here, and it was just as nice as the first! We go to Gatlinburg every year, but this was the first time we'd ever wanted to stay at the same place again. Driving up the winding mountain road, pulling into the parking lot, opening up the door to see that amazing view again...it was like coming home! We absolutely love this place, and love the memories made here. Everything you can wish for is provided here. I can't think of a better place to make lifetime memories with my family.

Amazing mountain getaway
We absolutely loved this condo! It was a little on the smaller side, but it was so much fun!! And the views are STUNNING. It’s so peaceful up there. It was very clean and the drive up the mountain is beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Property was great! Beautiful views from the condo. Be prepared for a challenging drive to the property though. We loved the national park and Gatlinburg! We even saw a mama bear and her cubs wandering the area! The only issue we had was upon arrival. We arrived at 3:15 and the cleaning lady was still cleaning. She said check in wasn’t until 4pm but the website said 3pm. We had to wait in the hallway with all our luggage and our groceries until she was finished. No other issues at all. We had a wonderful vacation!

Smoky Mountain Stay
Loved the property, beautiful view. My daughter did not want to leave the balcony. She saw a small bear walking around! The only thing to be cautious about is if you plan to do a lot of driving into town for activities, it's a winding road. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our family reunion was in Gatlinburg this year. We chose not to stay in a hotel for more of a genuine experience and boy were we in for a true surprise. This property is very well kept and Patty is truly amazing! Just be prepared for a roller-coaster ride as my little one put it.

Great stay. Best interaction i have ever had with an owner or manager. Email's answered within an hour! Couldn't work the living room TV but didn't try until the last day. Instructions for TV use would be helpful. Door from MBR to balcony was unusable. There is another way to get out. More hand towels in kitchen would be helpful. Nicely supplied kitchen. A treat for those of us who enjoy cooking on vacation. Thanks for leaving a supply of spices and other necessities Highly recommend this place for those who don't mind climbing stairs.

Great mountain condo!
We had a wonderful stay in Gatlinburg. This condo was amazing and had stunning views. I'll agree with previous renters about the nailbiting ride up and down the mountain but we got more used to it throughout the week and it was our only bear sightings. The condo was very clean, stocked and well maintained. The property was quiet and tranquil. Thanks for the memories!
