Not 5* but not 5* price either. Old hotel with luxurious features but needing a bit of TLC, getting tired. Great location near old city and train/ferry terminals. Our room was small and had no view.

First room they assigned us was like a jail cell. We asked for a better room and they gave us a nice room. The second day they asked us to move to the Savoia next door and that was a much superior hotel.

When we checked in our room was still dirty and we had to go back to reception. They moved us next door with an upgrade but still very inconvenient. The staff was nice but not overly helpful.
