This WONDERFUL home located in the private gated community of DeBordieu is just steps to the beach. Come experience South Carolina low country living at one of the most EXCLUSIVE communities on the South Carolina coast. This oceanside community features award winning golf, tennis, dining, multiple pools, playground, fishing areas, nature trails and much more. Located in the Ocean Park Loop Area of DeBordieu, this home offers wonderful views from the porches and bedrooms. With four bedrooms and three baths - this rental is perfect for two families to enjoy a GREAT summer vacation. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV in both sitting areas, wifi, washer/dryer, covered porch and outside hot/cold shower. The first floor features one bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom. Second floor has two additional bedrooms. King master with private bath and 3rd bedroom with two twins bed and full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a located on the third floor with high ceiling and wonderful view with a NEW double/twin bunk.

NEW CLUB ACCESS FOR 2022...
DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, tennis, fitness center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements. This home features a Social Membership.

Wells 2022 Legasea

Location was great! House could use some update. The amenities are terrible, We offered to pay fees or setup accounts, but our house would not allow access to golf facilities. This was very inconvenient for the guys to play golf! An $200 a day for pool - No Thank You! Beach equipment was nice and very professional! Short walk to beach which was beautiful!

Perfect location

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, only steps away and listening to the ocean on the porch. The location could not be better and we felt great about our teens roaming, biking, etc. As other reviewers mentioned, my only recommendation would be improving the mattresses/bedding. The rental company was great to work with and we enjoyed our vacation gear rentals as well. The kitchen was very well equipped and the home was so cozy! Thank you for sharing it with our family and we would love to go back!

Great location. Charming House

Only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom was in poor condition. Loved having the master on the top floor. Very beachy casual place.

LegaSea rental

The location of the property is ideal, but, master bedroom was missing window shade and the master bathroom needs A LOT of updating (bathtub was held together with duck tape and shower seemed dirty with some leftover mildew and extremely small). Third floor room with the bunk beds was VERY hot. While there is a small floor fan in the room and ceiling fan, it was still consistently hot and not ideal sleeping conditions for guests. The house did seem to have bikes and some beach toys (but we ended up renting bikes and chairs because some of the beach chairs were broken). Overall, the house's location is great, but parts of the house could use some updating.
