Decepcionada.
Fiquei bem chateada pois foi pego a chave do carro alegando que colocariam na garagem. Em nenhum momento foi relatado que seria na rua. Pela manhã faço a constatação que estava estacionado na rua! Escolho hoteis sempre com o critério do estacionamento e foram questionados na hora até para onde levariam e a resposta foi ‘’no estacionamento que é coberto’’. Além disso encontrei um chiclé no cinto que não tem como ser meu, não masco chiclé e ninguém mais utilizou o carro.

Agradável em alguns aspectos em outros nem tanto. Funcionários e serviços ótimos. Café da manhã excelente. O colchão da cama é sofrivel, está pedindo pra ser trocado com urgência. Ar condicionado não funcionou, reclamamos, prontamente Funcionários checaram, mas o ar continuou não aquecendo direito, detalhe a noite fez 9 graus. Boa localização. Estacionamento coberto sem cobrança. Funcionários educados e gentis.

Boas recordações do hotel e de Gramado
Gostamos muito do hotel, bem localizado, dá p/ ir p/ os pontos turísticos do centro a pé (Borges Medeiros), tem farmácias nas imediações, restaurantes próximos. Sem contar no café da manhã que é maravilhoso. Chuveiro é excelente O quarto poderia ser maior um pouco. Na média, saímos satisfeitos com nossa estadia.
