The staff was willing for us to check in early and called to say rooms were ready but when we arrived, they were not quite ready. Other than that miscommunication, it was great. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Parking available and we felt safe. Slept really well!

The staff made this place. We had our three children with us and they made sure we they ate free whenever we decided dine in the restaurant (which had decent food). We would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly. They do not have breakfast there as they have a restaurant on site Which was a bummer. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing they need to improve on, is the stairwell could’ve used some vacuuming. But I would highly recommend this place.

The pool / hot tub areas was soaking wet and very slippery even with shoes on. No towels were available in the pool / hot tub areas. The phone in the pool area doesn’t work so you have to go out to the front desk to ask the employees to do their jobs. Having 1 desk person on a busy summer weekend is ridiculous. They need help since they are responsible for the entire property.

The check-in person was nice and efficient, but did not explain the $20 dollar charge to my credit card. Is always best to be informed as to why the charge! Room was nice, clean and pre-cooled.
