Hotel staff was great. I was there for a convention held in the attached convention center. Also side note, pool open till 12 was a nice bonus for the adults. My house keeper was great, even put my stuffed animal in the middle of my pillows and folded my personal blanket when she came into change my trash and check towels. They are a cashless hotel.

I am so happy with the front desk staff from our arrival on Sunday until we left. It helps when you arrived at a hotel to a town you’ve never been to. Although our room looks outdated as their are lights that are not working and one of the door knobs fell when we open the door to the bathroom. The pet fee was pretty stiff for a hundred dollars. But the staff was A-One!

Really nice, clean room with plenty of space and very comfortable bed. The pool was excellent; nice length and warm! Friendly and helpful associates. The 24-hr market is nice, but would've liked to have a few fruit/veggie options, esp. without a complimentary breakfast. Overall, a great stay and worth a revisit!

This hotel is amazing. Its a really nice property and the downtown location is pretty sweet. Also, I want to specifically shout out Anastasia because her service is absolutely TOP NOTCH!
