I like this hotel, second time staying here. Disappointed they don't do the breakfast buffet anymore. Attempted to take an evening swim in the pool after a long day of driving. There was what appeared to be an entire baseball team of boys who took over the pool, eventually there was hardly anywhere for us to swim. Meanwhile their parents just sat on the side of the pool drinking, did not bother letting the kids know to have some decency and respect for others in the pool and continued to let 13 kids line up and cannon ball in the pool on repeat. This is on the parents and not the hotel, the kids don't know better unless someone lets them know.

This hotel is the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Once you are in your room you don’t really hear doors shutting or people stomping above you like so many other hotels. It allows for a good night sleep. We could have used more than 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay with 4 people and the parking is a bit frustrating. We were charged $10 a night for parking even though we couldn’t even park in the lot one night due to it being full! We enjoy this hotel but the parking over the 4th of July is super frustrating as anyone can come park in the lot regardless if they are a guest staying there. And the security guard could care less and was very rude about it, saying it wasn’t his problem and to just go park down the street.

This hotel stay wad a let down. They put up signs saying that quiet hours are from 7 pm - 7 am but never did anything to enforce this. We had about 20/30 kids running up and down the hotel at 1 am and slamming doors, we couldn’t sleep. In the morning at checkout I complained and they said they would take off parking in a very dismissive way without apologizing or giving us any sort of apology. They had security walking around but they never addressed the children running around on each floor. Very poor service.

This is an older property showing its wear. Probably built in the 1990s, but still stately. Rooms are big and arranged in a ring overlooking what was once a grand reception hall adjacent to a convention center. Not real close to the city center, so I probably won’t stay here again.

Our stay was amazing, the room is spacious and thr hotel offers all the amenties your would need on any type of trip. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Our trip was just an overnight for a fashion show my wife walked in called the BOLD and we will be back for a longer weekend soon.
