Great location!
This hotel is a wonderful place for location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Love the free breakfast and free drinks at night. Very nice hotel. We would definitely stay here again. If i had 1 thing negative to say then it would be room service never came or came too late. We had to go get replacement towels and take trash out ourselves. But no biggie. The rooftop bar staff Val and JD were wonderful servers.

Best in Greenville
Love this hotel and the balcony room! Location is amazing, staff equally so and the Up on the Roof hotel restaurant has got mountain views on one side and city views on the other with some fantastic food and drinks to go with it. No better place to stay for our family.

The hotel was good, I was approached in the elevator by a man heading to the parking deck and felt very unsafe. I got off on the wrong stop to get away from him and he waited on me to come back down until family I had came and got me. Was pretty spooked the hotel elevator is on the outside of the property and anyone can get on.
