Très bon hôtel a Collingwood. Le réceptionniste mérite d'être mis en avant par son service exceptionnel. L'hotel est propre, calme et confortable avec une piscine et gym. Un super séjour !

Great location. Clean and bright room. Something strange going on with the temperature of the room - it was way too hot in there and I had to constantly resort to turning on air conditioning to cool down the room when in fact outdoor temps were at -15/-20C.. very bizarre and very uncomfortable to sleep.

Great staff, rooms, beds, suite, amenities, and features. Will return.

Proximity to the ski lift.

Our first time staying here. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They had a lot of amenities such as pool, gym, dining which were great. They don't have cleaning services unless you're there for a week or longer and even then they charge you. One thing I didn't like was that there was zero storage. I'm the type of person to unpack and use drawers. But there was no drawers, just an open table and the bathroom had one small shelf, no where to put toiletry bag or any toiletries.
