Proximity to chair lift is great, thought behind ski valet service is but but execution is poor, not always the person there, one of the workers gave attitude to our 10-12 year old kids , service is poor. Parking situation is very bad, underground garage is very tight and to find parking spot there is a challenge , if you leave and come back there us no more parking, open parking was no better it took over 30 min to find a spot. Sauna and outdoor jacuzzi great idea , but there is no area to change or even put towel or clothing, is it expected that you walk in wet swim shorts back to your room via hotel lobby..., cheap motel feel..., exercise room not any better with 4 treadmills cramped in there and 30 year old resistance training machine.. , whoever is in charge of that area is out of touch with what is expected in luxury hotel. Front desk is well trained and professional . Rooms , beds are comfortable. I doubt that we would stay here again.

We loved a stay here at this resort. The room was great, the fire place made our stay very cozy. We had everything we needed, including items for the kitchen. The only thing we encountered (2 years in a row) is a very slow check in. It takes just about over an hour of line up wait to get checked in. Very frustrating especially after a long drive with kids when you just want to get into your room. Otherwise everything was great.

The nature is beautiful, and the location is perfect—right in Blue Mountain Village. The stay was comfortable, with a cozy bed, and I absolutely loved the outdoor hot tub. I will definitely be returning!

Location is right in the heart of Blue Mountain Village - very easy to do activities (e.g, snowtubing or snowshoeing) and get back to hotel to change etc. Room was well stocked with tea, coffee, coffee whitener, hot chocolate. Room with full kitchen comes with well stocked kitchen items; frying pan, pots, roaster, spatula, plate, bowls, cups, mugs. Kitchen was well stocked with dish soap and dishwasher tablets. Is literally steps, a 1 min walk away from Flix bus stop.
