Attractions and Hotels Near Haechang

If you've still got itchy feet, why not take off and discover more of the South Jeolla region? Nature lovers should visit some of Haechang's amazing beaches. A few other must-see sights are castles, traditional villages and old towns. If the sun is shining (or even if it's not), you could also try some fabulous activities like mountain climbing and hiking.

Mokpo is another place where you can sit back and make friends with the room service menu. Located 35 kilometres south of Haechang, it's where you'll discover the Jeollanamdo Agricultural Museum and Hanyeong Cinema Bowling Center. If you'd like to visit Mokpo, look into the Sunshine Motel and Fontana Beach Hotel. 35 kilometres to the east of Haechang you'll also find Gwangju, which is home to the Pedro's House - Hostel and Hotel France. If you stay in Gwangju, set aside a little time to check out the Chosun University Museum of Art and May 18 Democracy Square.
