Was a great hotel, only problem is the location, its a bit far from anything, in terms of walking, but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the local aeon shopping centre and one to the airport. Highly recommend for families. Great staff, very nice and helpful. Hotel does have a little convience store inside and a little pharamacy too, if you need anything

For the price, Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is a nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were very clean. Breakfast is not included so be aware that you have to purchase a breakfast buffet if you want to eat at the hotel.

Room and bed were great. Tried calling the hotel several times about shuttle service but never, ever, got a message other than “lines are busy please call later.” For the record, there is a shuttle on a 30 minute cycle except for a few periods. The info they provide at the hotel has the schedule — it needs to be online. It is a very nice shuttle bus. Service score is about the phone system, individuals at the hotel were great.

This hotel is above average with some short comings. It's location is close to airport via shuttle which is great. However, there is limited access to public transportation and restaurants near by. They are almost all about 15 min walk to more which make can be difficult for seniors or walking challenges. Another issue is you cannot check-in earlier even though you don't need to get into room.
