Hallstatt Ski Resorts

Great place to stay close to Lake Hallstatt. Chalets had wverything we needed and were clean and well presented.

Great location and amenities. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and delicious food. Booked a room with lake view and it was perfect.

Nice area just around the lake with a wonderful view and environment, the staff is so friendly and helpful and the room was well equipped and prepared, the only point is limited items on the restaurant for breakfast and lunch

We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from. Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone. Otherwise everything was great.

Fantastic location, great privacy, incredible views. Much more relaxing than chasing the ferry or buses for day trips. Incredible and attentive personal service and great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place close to a small ski resort. Larger resort are also reachable, like Dachstein West within 17km Free parking
