Excellent location in Hamburg, close to main train station HFB yet also in proximity to common landmark sites to visit. Easy access to tram line and very convenient location for resting in between activities.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Dinner staff different than breakfast staff, and not as nice. Nice location. AC isn’t efficient however.

Despite its otherwise high ratings, this hotel does NOT distinguish itself. It is a very average hotel with small, dark rooms in an area that is actually pretty scary late at night. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Nice room and well maintained. Seemed very quiet at first, but during the first (of three) nights, there were loud vehicles outside with things being dropped in them, maybe around 03.00 or 04.00. I was on the fifth floor; there is a gym on the floor above. For some reason they allow people to use this from 06.00, which of course, can be heard on the floors below. The sixth floor should be closed until 08.00 out of respect for guests in their rooms.

Hotel was amazingly clean. Staff are very nice. Special Shout out to MARIAN, he is an exceptional worker. He works in the restaurant/Dining area. He made sure that we are taken care of. Most of the restaurant staff don't speak english but very respectful and nice. Marian goes out of his way to make sure we get what we need and he always ask us if we are doing good. Btw, i didnt know that breakfast buffet was included in the price that we paid for. Breakfast buffer was great. There are bunch of breakfast variety from eggs, bacon, all type of breads, sausages, waffles and a lot more. Bus station is nearby, and can walk to grocery stores. I would go back to this hotel.
