This was a cleanish place but the tv didn’t turn on the people upstairs were idk what all night running back n forth or jogging so slept horrible.. The beds were clean but uncomfortable.. Nice full size fridge and little burner on counter if you wanted to cook .. halfway and elevator were horribly warm but for one night after a concert I guess ok

On first glance room was nice and super clean. There was always a funny smell in the hallways and elevator. I could not tell if it was new flooring or something someone was cooking. Room was spacious and seemed clean. Problem was on fourth night we began seeing roaches. It wasn’t just one either. There were several we did not have food in our room either Then day five the fly problem started windows closed but we come in to 40 flys a night. Big flys that bite They tried another room and did refund part of our money but was not worth having to fumigate luggage when we got home also I dont like that they won’t bring you towels. You have to go to front desk to get anything you need. No room service at all

Set back in residential neighborhood. Easy off/on I-81. Good restaurants nearby. Dunkin donuts near, great breakfast sanwiches.

It was decent for the price. They have biweekly housekeeping. However, I was there 2 months and never did housekeeping come and clean. The WiFi wasn’t great even paying for the upgraded WiFi wasn’t great.

the shower was covered with hair and mold. the blinds had one broken slat. no way to close the blinds. the beds were hard as rocks. asked for a extra pilow but couldnt find one for us. floors and walls are so thin people walking in the room above us sounded like elephants walking through. the people next to us simply closing the dresser drawers was loud.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Upon arrival if it is past a certain time we arrive around 1030-11pm you have to use the phone in the lobby area to call to be checked in we have never had this in any other hotel. When calling the person said someone will be right down. Had to wait at least another 10 mins to be checked in. We stayed on the 3rd floor (313) getting into the elevator it was hot and smelled horrible like cat piss! We get to put floor the smell in the hallway smelled like cat litter and cat piss! We get into our room and is clean but upon checking for everything you would normally get in a hotel was not in the room hair dryer, iron, tissues, only a handful of towels. You have to call the for them to bring ANYTHING to the room. The lady was kinda of rude when I called the next morning to get us more towels, toilet paper, hair dryer and a few other things she sounded like she didn’t even want to bring it! My niece was using the bathroom and said she saw a bug in there it was oval shaped we just blew her off thinking it was some type of bug from outside (we where so wrong) Saturday morning there was people outside of our room in the hallway being VERY LOUD around 530-6am we could hear everything!! Saturday we left and spent the day at Hershey park. Got back kinda of late turned the lights on and a COCKROACH WAS CRAWLING ON THE COUNTER TOP BY THE SINK. I have stayed at several hotels and models, and while this was no "Hilton" it far exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel! The only thing that was "eh" about our stay was that the walls were kinda thin so you could hear the neighbors come and go, and the sounds of traffic outside. The other thing weighs have been that while the room was for 3 they only give 2 towels and wash cloths. Luckily I read the reviews and packed extra in preparation. We enjoyed our stay and your staff was lovely. Thank you!

Literally a stone's through from I-81. Room design was poor, bed too close to wall, only 1 night stand, "desk" too high for working, no facilities for eating, no dining or cooking utensils, only bath towels and wash clothes provided no hand towels. Front desk not 24/7. No coffee or tea in room.

Very bad smell!
The smell was horrid from the elevator to the hallway to the room itself. I’ve never stay at any hotels that have the smell of mixtures of mildew and dirty old room smells. Please do something about the smell for the entire hotel. I will never return to this hotel.
