Unsatisfying
The staff were generally quite nice, but otherwise the hotel is incredibly run down. Two out of three elevators were out of service, the electronic door locks don't work properly, my toilet didn't flush, the hot water takes 15 minutes to come on, the pool is very run down and the gym is only open 10-6.

the rooms are big and the staff are very nice and helpfull, but the maintenance is not so good. the location is nice for sea view lovers but a bit far from citi and old town.

The view is incredible. From the room and from the lobby. You could just sit there for hours staring at the malecón, while the incredible staff tends to your every need.

Was a Disaster staying at this Place if i had way to Check out aaaaaand find Alternate accommodations i would have left and Relocate. HVAC was Not working in Rooms we had to switch an the Next room was also so so ,Was Filthy Carpets Stained HK Never Cleaned Debris There was Overcrowded Furniture in Room you could Hardly Move Safely in Rooms. Front Desk Staff was Very Rude and the Swimming Pool was Never Open. I would Definitely NOT stay at this Hotel
