What an amazing place! It's exactly what you want and need, no matter what you need! If you want to just relax the rooms are extremely comfy and spacious, plus they offer free memory foam toppers if you need and much more for extra comfort. If you're looking to enjoy a night out there's plenty of walkable places to go to or you can simply head to the 32 floor to enjoy their popular rooftop bar/restaurant. Stayed two separate times during my trip and will definitely stay again!

I have enjoyed staying at this property for several years now. I have always given this property high marks in service, convenience, location, and staff/personnel. The only issues I encountered during this stay are the shower (water temp) and wake up call. The water kept going from warm to cold to hot and back to warm. I addressed this with the hotel management and hopefully they will be able to resolve the problem before I return in November of 2025. The other problem is the front desk staff failure to put into their system a wake up call. This only happened twice, the last one being the day I was checking out. I went to the front desk the night before checking out and ask for a wake up call and it never occurred. Lucky, I have set my own alarm clock as back up, however, I shouldn't really have to. It would have been a mess if I have missed my flight. Maybe this is a staff issue or training issue but hopefully, they will get it together. Other than that, I really like this hotel and is looking forward to staying here again in 2025.

Really a top notch property. The property itself was very nice, modern, clean, everything functional and up to any standard I could imagine. The staff were awesome, from the men who greeted us at the front door and helped us with our bags, the ladies at reception desk were increadibly kind and helpful and the housekeeping were also very hard working, super kind and did an amazing job keeping the facilities as well as our personal room perfectly tidy. This establishment seems to be a well oiled machine and we will very likely stay here again next time were in Makati. Additionally, this facility is located dead center of anything you'd likely care to see or do in the area, you could easily walk from the front door to mast anything as we did several times or grab/ taxies are easily had to anywhere. The roof top restaurant offers good food and a pretty awesome view of the city lights at night. The interior restaurant offers a large buffet & while we didnt eat here (only had coffee) it did look amazing and wish we'd of tried it. Used the gym several times and it had most of the basic weights and cardio options available that I needed. Certainly dont have any complaints, top notch place & Im glad we found it.

The property is located in a very central area next to the main road of makati avenue. There are several convenient stores nearby, and guest parking is available. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are nice and clean.

Overall enjoyable.
The best thing about this hotel is the service. All of the staff were amazing and accommodating. The only things I had a problem with were with the bathroom and the air con. Not sure if it was just my room but the water in the shower and sink drained a bit on the slower side, which forced me to lower the water pressure. The air con just felt okay during my stay, not as cool as I would've liked (using the lowest allowable temperature setting).
