This is my favorite hotel. The people gives you a warmth welcome everyday. I feel at home. Walkable to a lot of shopping malls, restaurants, church and easy access to Metrolink! I guarantee you'll love this hotel!

Dusit Thani is one of Manila’s finest, centrally located in the heart of Makati. With my VIP silver status, I was offered an upgrade from standard to premium room. The room was spacious and quiet. The pillow menu was an added bonus. While the room design was quite outdated, the ambience remained classy and lived up to its five-star branding. The morning buffet was gastronomic and offered a wide variety of breakfast options. The pool was clean and refreshing. All the hotel staff resonated the warmth of Filipino hospitality. We enjoyed our two-night stay here, and would recommend it highly.

Great hotel I will absolutely come back again. Staff is very friendly and kind. I had many options of food and if that was not good enough you are a walking distance to shopping mall and other food options. Abby was that one greater me at the front desk and checked me out when I left very personable and did a good job upselling me on other amenities. When I get back I will for sure stay there again. Oh one more thing the serving staff and cooks were also prompt and efficient. I would hire all of them to be on my team in a heartbeat 😁😁

this property is nice if we talk location, very walkable to everything shopping/ dining but it really needs renovation, some of electrical sockets in the room are not working, old gym compared to other hotel i stayed before in the area, breakfast buffet is really good but the dinner has less selections, there are nice staff that are helpful and there are who doesn’t care at all, doesn’t even smile , most the guys on duty in the am, near the lobby

The Club lounge access was great with Paulette, Moira, Leah, Marie’s and Shaina being at the top of their game to host you with warm hospitality and Glenda and each and every floor manager at the Pantry was also great. The best was the Koi Garden which we enjoyed feeding the Koi’s in the Morning . The hotel is well connected and safe to travel with Family .

Room okay, comfortable bed and noticed dirty windows. Bathroom is the most important section of room. Tub had mildew. And grout was making red marks that looks like it was not cleaned well. Bathroom towels at my first room had old not so white towels.

we had a king room on the 10th floor which was very comfortable. We enjoyed that it was close to shops and not far from airport. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed dining at the Benjarong Thai.

Wonderful stay, will consider staying again
We had a wonderful stay here, check in was awesome as we were allowed early check in and had an upgrade. Although the exterior of the property is visibly showing its age, the interior is still nice and clean, rooms have nice amenities and comfortable. Cleaning staff are courteous are friendly, concierge allowed us to leave our luggage after check out while waiting for our ride. Food at the Pantry was great. Location of hotel is a big plus.
