Old and outdated hotel

Don’t let the photos fool you, this hotel is old and needs a lot of maintenance which they didn’t keep up, with paint peeling off the walls, grim built up. It is close to the airport and if you need to get there quick, that’s the only pro. My experience was further soured when I noticed my room was drastically a downgrade versus my Filipino friend. My Filipino friend had a living room, dinning table and actual bed room, I basically got a studio room. I booked the same rooms for both of us, and it just felt that since he is Filipino he got the better treatment. I mentioned it to front desk they were just silent, not even apologetic, I wasn’t yelling but of course you can hear the irritation in my voice, honestly felt a bit racist. I will never come back.
