Primary reason for staying at this hotel was good location to MOA and Arena.Hotel and rooms need to be updated.Found 2 Cockroaches in room and missing bath towels.Staff were pleasant and accomodating.When checking in make sure you have P3000 cash to pay for deposit will be refunded at checkout if there are no charges.I unfortunately paid by credit card and they deducted the amount and the receptionist said it would be refunded within two weeks.This is not good enough,in this day and age there should be a charge reversal at checkout for credit cards.To conclude if location to MOA AND arena is your priority I would still recommend this hotel for very short stays,for longer stays unless they update the property and rooms ????

Bad first experience. Never again.
Reception said we were 'upgraded' to a suite room but when we got to the room the air conditioning wasn't getting colder. I asked if we could change rooms even if it meant being downgraded again because we just wanted to sleep already. But after multiple back and forths and having 3 people come in to check we had to wait about an hour for their mechanic to fix the aircon while we were in the unit. Very bad service and waste of our time.

Room The main reason I booked this hotel was because the pictures online looked amazing. However, when I arrived, the room I got was nothing like the photos—it had an outdated appearance. The pictures made the hotel look upscale and fancy, but in person, it felt more like a 2-star room. Very disappointing. Service The staff were the highlight of the stay. Everyone, from the cleaners to the service crew, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. In fact, they were more approachable and accommodating than the receptionists. Great service overall. Common Areas The lobby was another letdown. It appeared much larger and more luxurious in the photos, but in reality, it was smaller and more compact. Reception The receptionist we dealt with didn’t provide clear directions to our suite. She simply pointed to the elevator, which seemed straightforward, but it wasn’t. The hotel has a two-elevator system that’s disconnected, making it confusing to navigate. Thankfully, one of the cleaners stepped in and kindly showed us the way. Overall This hotel doesn’t feel like a 4-star establishment—it’s more like a 3-star experience at best. While the service staff were exceptional, the discrepancies between the marketing photos and the actual experience were too significant to ignore.

A 2 block walk back from the Mall of Asia after shopping and dining. Taxi to the mall has gone up to 200 peso, used to be 100. We like the Al la carte room dining the food is good. I’m not a big on buffet but it’s okay too. Everyone there is helpful and professional. They always help with the Lyft ride back to the airport. I’ve stayed there 20 times since they opened 10 years ago it’s a little worn but not bad, we get the superior room and often get upgraded to suite.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think the breakfast left a lot to be desired. More lunch and dinner type foods than breakfast stuff. The biggest complaint I have is that the WiFi was horrible. It was unsecured and very slow and very unstable. If I knew I had to work during my stay, there would be no way that I could stay here.

Real review! Hotel is outdate and infected with cockroaches.. Found cockroach in our first room, moved to another room and found cockroaches in there too. Spend hours fighting with the manager just to cancel the remainder of our stay and get a refund, had no issue paying for the two nights we had stayed!! DONT STAY HERE...
