Lobby was ok but the floor I was in was in 6th floor, it looks like all the room across the hall way is under renovation, looks so sketchy, packaging tape throughout the floor. I have to barrow iron and asked for kettle to use, called few times in front desk and no one to answer the phone.

I did not like the fact that the rooms are no different from other rooms. I chose a premium room but it seems the same as the less expensive room ! The Tv remote needs battery an was left uncheck . The other room i stayed in the aircondition remote was missing !

Stayed 1 night as I had an International flight the next day. Close to the Airport. Took a GRAB car both ways. Checkin was quick. The lobby is nice however the room seemed dated. Shower temp & flow was good. Bed was comfy and Aircon worked. Breakfast was Asian style however there were scrambled eggs, toast, juices, pancakes and many other varieties buffet style. SM Mall is a comfortable walk which is a big plus.
