I absolutely loved my stay, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable and I liked that there was an optional breakfast at the hotel. The street was a little noisy, but this didn’t bother me or disrupt my sleep. A special thanks to Frank! He took me on a tour of old Havana on my first day and helped me get to know the area. He provided me with tons of information and made me feel much more comfortable as a solo female traveller. Thank you Frank!

Lugar perfecto, personal de 10!

El sitio está en un lugar ideal, justo en el corazón de La Habana Vieja. El personal fue encantador, nosotros tratamos más con Ana y Frank y fueron muy muy atentos y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia….inicialmente habíamos reservado por 1 noche y al final acabamos quedándonos todos los días que estuvimos en La Habana en este lugar. Definitivamente volveríamos sin ninguna duda!

The property is ok and very close to the main avenue, however I must say that Anna Cristina was an incredible host she was always pleasant and always understood my need while she is always striving to exceed my expectations, and as someone who have worked in the hotel/tourist industry I must say she was superb! And knows a lot about how to treat the guest.

The decor was beautiful! The property was kept very clean. The first night was very noisy street side but Anna had us moved to a quiet room🙏The stairs were a struggle for my husband. Anna Cristina as a hostess was above and beyond, a wonderful person to meet!!!

The property was very clean and staff were lovely. They made sure you were ok, gave you great advice and support on the local area and made sure you stayed safe (I was travelling alone). The area is very very close to the centre and most people on the street were very friendly but the surrounding streets are a bit questionable with the people around.
