Staying here was very convenient for our travel needs. It’s an excellent accommodation.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room. It was small but very clean. We loved the big safe, the small fridge, the cups, spoons & kettle with Teas & coffee & milk in the fridge for my coffee. Liked the luggage scale at reception.

We had a twin room city view but was given a room at the top floor with both city and water view😊. Spacious room and good selection of food on the buffer breakfast. Staff are really nice, The North. bar on the ground has great libe acousitc music which adds to the amazing ambience of the place.

O atendimento foi muito bom, exceto na chegada quando o atendente pediu os dados do cartão de crédito. Justificou que seria para pagamento de possíveis despesas extras. Isso é um procedimento errado, pois é contra as regras de segurança das operadoras de cartões de crédito. Informei ao atendente que não poderia passar a informação e qualquer consumo seria pago no ato da solicitação.
