Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night was in room 221, at 11pm I found bugs all over the bed, some crawling up the wall. Spoke to reception next morning and was given another room. Should have received a refund for the 1st night as well.

The aircon started leaking at night, wetting the pillows and bed. Our baby had a shocking night because of it. We went to find a staff and there was no one around, we had to sleep in a soaking wet bed and freezing cold.

Reception closed before advertised time so when we entered the room and the room was wrong, double bed for 3 people and AC had issues we had no help. This was very disappointing given it was very hot and we didn’t sleep before our international flight the next day. Parking was not convenient having to lug all our luggage from around the corner as the hotel has no parking and then carrying it up to 2nd level by stairs. Not our preferred hotel next time.
