Nice and comfortable. The wifi didn't work and no-one ans2ered at reception. Other than that, it's exactly what it says on the can. Comfy motel. You can hear the neighbours. Nice and spacious. I'd go back.

An older facility, but I have never stayed in a motel, hotel or other accommodation, that has been as clean and neat. Also, just the smaller things make a difference, coffee, milk, biscuits and mints 😃 And of course all the additional items you would hope and expect to see, but don’t in some others.

Lady at reception was very polite and helpful. Great room and amazing bed. Travel extensively for work and always on the lookout for comfortable places to stay and found my go to hotel in Bairnsdale.

We have always found Colonial motels reliable and this was no exception. Everything was very clean and well presented including crisp white sheets Minor gripe was that bed needed slight re-positioning to facilitate access to sockets for charging phone etc. Can recommend local RSL for dinner
