Quality craftmanship and sleek designs, all new furnishings, luxury plank flooring, fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, smooth top cooktop, convection oven, smart microwave, dishwasher drawer and built-in refrigerator! Custom cabinetry and granite countertops. KEURIG coffee brewer, Ninja juicer/blender and toaster. Balcony table for ocean view dining! New Serta Queen hybrid mattress, lots of closet space and dresser drawers, custom made Capiz pendant lighting, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. WONDERFUL view of the ocean and close access to beach! This unit also provides beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler! This unit also includes 2 BEACH CRUISER bikes at no extra charge, no need to rent your own! This is located on the quiet side of the complex for a bit more privacy! Has a large pool and BBQ area, outdoor showers are provided and Seaside Villas is located on the main bike path! Please limit your stay to 2 weeks. Perfect Space and Incredible Location

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was incredible! Easy beach access and a very short walk to restaurants and shops (even shorter if you use the fun bikes that are included which I highly recommend). Property manager was incredibly responsive and left a welcome gift which was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the books with notes from previous guests and took some of their recommendations. I have zero regrets about choosing this property and highly recommend.

Heidi was a wonderful host. The condo was clean and in a great location. It was small but okay for 2 people. Condo was well equipped. We enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes. The washing machines were close by, worked well and were clean.

What a beautifully decorated unit! Has a VERY comfortable queen bed, great view, and the proximity to EVERYTHING is incredible!!! We stay here every year! The owners have thought of every detail and provide every luxury you could need! This is the BEST Seaside unit!!!

1960's Complex, totally Renovated Condo

5th Unit we've rented in Seaside Villas in the past 17 years. This is the most updated and most well done. Very modern with high quality.

Ideal location

Loved the short walk to the beach and only one flight of stairs. Beautifully updated and stylish. Parking was never a problem. Outdoor shower was helpful. Located close to great restaurants, both casual and fancy as well as grocery, drug store and anything else you would want.

Lovely little apartment! Nicely furnished and decorated! Beautiful beach access! Bikes were fun to ride on the beach! The pans need to be replaced though. All the teflon is coming off the skillets and they’re all scratched up. Would have been nice to have had more than one roll of toilet paper and more wash clothes! Too bad a king wouldn’t fit in the bedroom area!

Great location, so close to beach, restaurants and Sea Pines. Having the bikes to use was great as HH is so bicycle friendly and it saves the cost and hassle of hiring bikes. The villa is small but tastefully decorated and has a restful vibe.

This Villa is beautiful!! It is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean & well maintained, beautifully decorated, view & location excellent! Heidi was a gracious host who answered all of our questions, response time was almost immediate as was Nicole’s. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Heidi contacted us to let us know the beach chairs provided were broke and she overnighted 2 new ones to the villa. First time to Hilton Head & we will be back!

Perfect Little Place

This gem had a nice little view of the ocean from the balcony. I love that they provided us with chairs and a cooler for the beach. It has been updated recently so all the amenities are in great working order. It is within walking distance of the beach, shops, grocery, bars, and more. Communication was efficient via VRBO; we had our questions addressed immediately. I loved the fresh flowers 🌸💕 I was not fond of the mattress, but knew that going in due to the other reviews.

Quick Getaway - Great Spot

This condo/property was perfect for my husband and myself. Heidi and the property manager were very helpful, as well as responsive in all aspects. The condo was spotless, and had everything we needed! The bikes were well used, and we never needed to drive any where! The proximity to bars, restaurants, groceries all within biking distance was fantastic. We would definitely rent from Heidi again in the future.
