This 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor, end unit at Island Club sits on a beautiful property with a lagoon view from your private deck. The lagoon view includes a beautiful fountain that seems to be centered from your deck which includes access to the grounds. Our unit is less than a five minute walk to the beach. With the open kitchen, you have access to the living room that is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer across from the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The bathroom features a newly tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a newly tiled walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats six, along with a wide beautiful sandy beach, Island Club offers an outstanding vacation environment. Not only is Island Club an oceanfront resort, but has beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Hard courts, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills right off your private deck, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children's playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on site as well. All this behind a secure gated community to put your mind at ease.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. The condo was clean, roomy, well appointed and close proximity to beach but not in the fray. The entrance to beach is covered with wide rubber mat, that is wide enough for pulling wagon each direction. The owners were very attentive and available. The complex is very shaded by trees so very little parking lot saunas.

Christmas Tradition
This property is exactly as advertised! We stay here each year for our Christmas. We love that the island is a little more easy going and not so crowded this time of year. Excellent corner unit that is easily accessible. This year our whole family was sick and they worked with us to try to be as flexible as possible on our arrival time.

What a great condo!
Great condo in a great location! Short walk to the beach (5ish minutes), and even shorter walk to the pool. Right outside are many tables to eat at overlooking the lagoon. There are a few lawn games outside too (we played out there many days). Beach is fantastic - never very crowded. Island Beach Club is in a great location too - grocery stores, restaurants and so many activities are so close. We had a wonderful time - this was a great condo for us to rent. Owner was very responsive as well. Thank you!

Listing was Ocean Front; was at least a quarter of a mile walk. One guest in our party needed easy access to beach due to being handicapped, and this made her trip miserable. One of the bathrooms was terribly dirty and had to be cleaned with bleach before using which was uncalled for in my experience. We also had to vacuum as the floor was dirty. Greatly disappointed. Otherwise the beach was beautiful and area much enjoyed with great restaurants and beautiful scenery.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) had an amazing week on Hilton Head Island! The condo itself was well appointed with nice finishes…cozy and clean. The location on the property was perfect. Grills, tennis, pickleball and cornhole right outside the door. Easy five minute walk to the uncrowded beach. For an older resort it is very well maintained and cared for. The staff we encountered were very friendly and happy to assist with any questions. We rented bikes on-site for the week and definitely recommend doing so. Biking on the beach at sunrise is a must do. Communication with the owners could not have been better. Quick to respond to emails and eager to make sure our stay was memorable. I had a question on the day we arrived and called Kevin. He answered right away and was a pleasure to deal with. We had such a positive experience that we would not hesitate to book this same condo again.

Island Club resort has a nice set up. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This unit is right beside tennis courts, corn hole game and grill/eating area so expect some noise right outside your window. It might be really tight for 6 adults. The unit is decorated very nicely and livable. It’s a good walk to the beach. The trees and plants in the area are beautiful.

Ahhh Relaxation!
Five stars! Overall we had an excellent experience staying here. The unit is so comfy and made us feel like we were at our home away from home. Being on the first floor with our own private deck and right there at the grills and cornhole boards was great as well. It was only a short walk to the beach that took us past the two lagoons and pools. Our daughter loved the lawn games and playground right before the walkway to the beach. She also loved being able to walk out onto our deck and relax or walk right down to the lagoon and see some turtles. We were sad when we left because we had such a good time! The owners were so kind and were super easy to reach if we needed them as well, which really makes you feel great as a renter. The only negative is one that the owners have no control over, and that's hearing the folks upstairs. We brought box fans for sleeping and that helped alot. 😊
