From the brand-new flooring and furnishings to the completely revamped bathrooms and kitchen, this villa exudes a bright and airy ambiance. The villa accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, with a King bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bath, as well as a Queen bed in the second bedroom with a second full bath in the hallway. New flat-screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room cater to all your multimedia needs. A beach path just steps from the unit leads directly to the Atlantic Ocean, ensuring quick and easy beach access.

For added convenience, the villa includes 4 backpack beach chairs left at the property, allowing you to be on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation. Additionally, 4 free adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles are provided at the unit. The community pool is just steps from the front door, and the villa is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Celebraton Park and Coligny Plaza, where over 100 shops and restaurants await. Good but not great

Our stay was good. Best part about the place was its location. About a 10-15 walk to the beach or 3-4 minute drive and close to surrounding restaurants, etc. Kitchen was clean and is stocked ok. The sofa was really run down and quite dirty when we arrived. Bedrooms/bathrooms were ok. Would recommend you bring your own pillows and shampoo/soap. Pillows were super flat and not supportive. We did not use the free bikes as they didn't look like they were in great shape or that they had even been used in months. Same with the beach chairs.The condos where this place is at is quite run down in general. Check-in was nice and never really had to reach out to PM for any issues or help but was just a text away.Was a good option for the price we paid but not sure I would choose to stay here again.

Our fun week get-away!

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was just outside our unit. Free bicycles was a plus. We rode every day! One bicycle had a small wagon. We used it to go to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Loved having bikes and chairs for the beach which they came in handy. The condo was in great shape next to the pool with only a 5-10 bike ride to the beach. We would recommend this condo had everything you need except a toaster. No big deal though. Nice place with just what we needed and it was in great location. I wouldn’t say it met the “Luxurious” description as it smelled musty, handles fell off of dresser drawers, couch had odd furniture cover, sliding glass door was virtually impossible to open,and area rug was dirty. We booked with the assumption of pool use but it needed repairs. No alternative provided or credit offered when we inquired. The bikes and beach chairs were very much appreciated.

Great stay!

This property had everything we needed, was super clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer available. We appreciated the little touches like the soaps and lotions and cute little bags. Having bikes and beach chairs available for our use was a big savings. When I called for a minor maintenance issue, it was resolved the same day while we were out.

The place was nice & for the amount of time we stayed it worked. We appreciated a newer washer and dryer and the place was very clean which was much appreciated. However, if you enjoy cooking and grilling out, this will be a challenge for you and your family. It had the barebones in the kitchen and the couple pans they had were scratched deep down into the pan; plan on bringing any kitchen supplies, including your own pepper and salt. Additionally, our family loves to bike the island and leave the car parked for the week. This is possible and appreciated the 4 bikes and beach chairs, however, do not expect the clientele around the area to watch out and yield to bikers like they do back in Sea Pines. Finally, it’s advertised the beach is a 3 min bike ride, however, it was more like 10; which is fine, but misleading if you had little kids with you.

Beautiful place nice and quiet

We arrived at 3:58 and got right in but noticed dirty laundry in hallway and a few lights still on , was a little confused on what was going on so called the number we were provided and told them of the situation. As I was on the phone the cleaning people showed up and apologized they we’re running behind. They right away came in and worked quickly making the place just right and very apologetic. After that all was perfect!! Place is beautifully decorated and cozy had everything we needed and the bikes that were provided added and extra bonus we weren’t expecting. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

A wonderful home away from home.

We loved our month long stay in February of 2023. The location is ideal for a quick walk or cycle to see gorgeous sunrises on the beach or to watch the changing skies during sunsets. The condo comes with all the cooking utensils and pots needed to eat at home, including a crock pot, but also is closely located to many restaurants. The bedrooms were a decent size and the beds very comfortable. We LOVED having access to the bikes and used them almost daily. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained. Overall, I think you'll enjoy your stay at this VRBO!!
