Very nice hotel, very comfortable bed. My biggest issue with with the elevator. The elevator buttons hardley work. I have to press them 100x just to down down from my floor. On my last night, the down (or up) button both didn't work. I had to take my luggage down a floor to get elevator to work.

Beautiful hotel in a GREAT location, walkable to everything we wanted. Great, friendly staff, very friendly and helpful. The front desk gave us an adapter for our electronics when we simply asked where to purchase one.

It’s an amazing hotel with wonderful staff that are very friendly and helpful. When booking you do have an option to add massages during your stay so take adventsge of that. The spa is very clean and the staff were very experienced. We had an amazing time in Ho Chi Minh City. We only stayed there for 3 nights but wished we can stay there longer.
