The best hotel conditions and restaurant quality in a similar price range in Saigon. The location is a bit inconvenient, but use Grab then this is not a problem at all.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 nites. One of the room was filthy with smelly air. The other room was same and the AC was not working for 2 days. We called for repair they told us to move out 4:00 the morning . No mechanic cane till next morning terrible service. The hotel is dated and service was horrible. We paid for 2 rooms 5 nites. What a waste of money. We will contact our credit card and Nikko HA to file the complaints..

Situated not too far away from the city, Nikko offers comfortable and clean rooms and the morning buffet breakfast spread excites both the young and old. Hotel staff are courteous. Had a pleasant 3-night stay with family.

5 star Well worth the money
Very nice hotel with very clean, well maintained interior. Even cleaning staff speaks good English catering for foreigner like us. The 3 restaurants are all better than average. Saigon is very affordable city and for the price we paid (about US$110 per night) it was well worth the money. Highly recommended.
