Very convenient. Turn right out of hotel and it's a 2 mins walk to Ben Thanh market, keep going straight and it's a around 5 mins walk to Nguyen Hue walking street. Room is dated but large, bed also good. Bathroom sink leaked the whole time we were there but we didn't care. Staff is friendly. With so many hotel options in Q1 area, this one is good middle choice for price and convenience if you don't care about the other amenities.

Hotel Room Unfit for Stay

Bug was found on the bed. A layer of dust was observed on the bed frame, and I had to wipe it with wet wipes. The bedsheet was crumped. The room was poorly maintained with leakage in the toilet/bathroom. Burn marks of cigarettes were observed on the side table camouflaged with a telephone while this hotel was supposed to be smoking free. In short, what is shown in the picture will not be what you are going to get. Condition was not fit for stay and not in accordance with the requirements specified prior to the point of purchase/ booking of hotel accommodation. When I sought refund through Hotels.com, I was denied a refund. Based on Hotels.com, the Property Manager had refused a refund despite that we did not stay and left the hotel soon after observing the unpleasant condition. Although The Noble Swan Saigon Hotel's receptionist had verbally agreed to this cancellation and gave a note to confirm that we did not stay in, the refund was unsuccessful according to Hotels.com. Document was shared with Hotels.com for follow up.

This is a scam. Arrived at the hotel and was told the aircon is not working so we can't stay at the hotel. They took us to another hotel close by that is extremely dirty and filthy. We couldn't get our money back and was stuck staying there as it was 2am when we arrived.

What impressed me most was how everything worked perfectly. The air conditioning was quiet, the water pressure was great, and even the curtains blocked out the light completely. It’s the small details that made a big difference.
