Friendly hotel staff
Check in was quite fast however room was only available at 2pm. Had issue with the air con on 1st day ( not cold and airflow weak ) but had it sorted out by the technician in the evening. Toilet flush cable disconnected on 2nd day and also had it fixed after about 30 mins. Staff extremely friendly and attended to requests promptly. Staff Anna even offered a free car ride to the airport for the inconvenience caused during my stay. Hotel is relatively nice and in a good location. However, the room not very sound proof, able to hear traffic noises from the adjacent road and also noises when the cleaners are cleaning nearby rooms.

The Hotel went through renovation and I really love the design. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The only thing I wish for is that I hope they will give extra keycards cause I stayed with my aunt and it was hard moving around to do my own things (go gym, or coming back to my room after going out). But overall the experience was amazing.

We first booked a Sunshine Garden room thinking we will be out and about ie won’t be in the room much . But it was noisy the first night with metal clashing and loud neighbours , so we requested to change room and the hotel moved us to a square suite which is much better . Hannah is very helpful and makes the effort to understand our needs. Afternoon tea is excellent too especially if around the area .

We originally had a different hotel booked and with a last minute change to our plans we booked Silverland instead - I’ve visited Ho Chi Minh City many times before and thought this time it might be nice to stay closer to the markets - which it was! The hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance to lots of attractions and restaurants but for me the actual hotel was a delight in itself, recently renovated everything is fresh! The different dining options in the hotel were both fantastic and the perk of the rooftop pool and health club were delightful! The staff were all so lovely, very personable and professional. Our morning chats with Hannah were great and definitely made this hotel stand out from some others! We will be back :) Thanks team for a great stay!

Conveniently located in D1, room was sunny and of adequate size, clean and quiet even though located next to the elevator. Breakfast spread was good and staff were very helpful and professional. A comfortable stay in a cool hotel.

In comparison to the size of the room, the bathrooms are tiny. Also the bath tub with the jacuzzi is such a poor function as the water flows all around the bathtub to the ground. It almost looks as though a tub has been put onto a shower area! It also lacks a selection of vegetarian food. The staff (Brian) went out of their way to provide vegetarian breakfast / afternoon tea choices.

Silverland Ben Thanh has amazing interior design. I’d recommend staying there just for that but the location is also great and the staff are wonderful too. So an easy 5 stars from me.

Pre-covid, we always stayed at this hotel. Post-covid, it was closed. We were very excited when it re-opened and we booked our 4days 3nights stay here without hesitation. It was an excellent experience. The front desk staff, Ms Kim spoke fluent English and was very patient snd helpful in accommodating to our requests. Ms Nancy too spoke fluent English and was helpful to assist us during our stay. The hotel has been nicely renovated with a cosy ambience. It brought us back to the flintstone era. It has added facilities such as the gym, sauna and rooftop swimming pool. Well-lit rooms and corridoor. The toilet bowls were installed with high- tech bidet. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Commendable goe their excellent service. Will definitely recommend this hotel to relatives and friends who wish to visit HCM city.
