Check in was very easy, staff is polite. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quite large and had fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel & location. Did have some concerns around accusations of missing handtowels although after demanding they check our bags & we would not be paying the issue was resolved. When requested fresh towels one night they advised ‘they had run out’ which was annoying. The high tea is a nice touch & complimentary mini bar.

Great place if you’re looking for a central hotel. Pros, price, room size, bath tub, pool, afternoon tea and location. Cons current hotel renovations. They tried the old you stole a towel trick and you need to pay. Asked them to search the room and all of our bags and they backed down. Would definitely return

Great central location
Really clean, friendly and professional hotel which is located centrally making transport so easy. The rooms are comfortable, especially the bedding and views from the upper floors look out over the sprawling city... great views from the rooftop bar and pool! The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied, so much food and so many choices! No negatives for me, well maintained, very clean, great service with a smile... perfection.
