Enjoy the views on the decks of "House Divided" in Topsail Beach, NC! Located on the South end of Topsail Island, this single-family home offers four bedrooms and accommodates up to 9 guests. The top floor of this home provides an open concept living and kitchen space. Off of the living room, you will find a Master Bedroom providing a King bed, TV, deck access, and a full bathroom.
Make your way downstairs to the lower level of house that has three bedrooms. All three bedrooms offer deck access. One of the bedrooms offer a twin over Queen bunk bed and the other bedroom is a queen bed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. The last bedroom is a second Master Bedroom suite offering a King bed and an en suite with a stand-up shower and jetted bathtub. The laundry room is also located on this level in the hallway. Pups are more than welcomed to tag along when staying at House Divided.

WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

TRIP PREPARATION:
Access Realty Vacation Rentals adhere to minimum standards set to provide you with as many of the comforts of home as possible during your stay. All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!
Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.
