This is a small hotel with only 6 rooms on each floor, quiet and keep privacy to hotel guests. Transportation is super convenience, you may take subway (hotel at the top of the Sai Ying Pun subway), tram (exclusive in HK Island) and bus stops are within steps.
Staff are helpful and willing to answer questions.
The visit did not start well as there were several problems with the first room. However, we stayed in an alternative room for the rest of the stay which was fine. The staff apologised for the issues with the first room which was appreciated. A very important point is that the hotel does not provide breakfast or any dining facilities for that matter. This should be stressed on the Expedia web site. However, there is a very good dim sum restaurant opposite but western breakfasts would be harder to find in the area.
Hotel entrance underwhelming. A small door on Main Street which could not be used to enter. So main entrance is in the lane with street vendors. Hotel has no lobby. Once you enter, signs indicate check in counters are on 7th floor where there is a counter.
Our room had a dumpy view of next door building scaffolds. Busy street has many dried goods stores. Feels dumpy. Two streets over, we discovered the Sun Yat Sen Park — very lovely. We would not stay here again.
Room size is good, good view of some parts of the harbour, clean n modern design. Everything is good except the hotel entrance which is kind of hidden in a lane n not accessible by taxi. I have to get off taxi n drag the luggages to the entrance.
Staff is friendly n courteous.
The room was very spacious. Everything was clean and well kept. We always hung up our towels, but they gave us new towels everyday. We didn't really like the slats in the bathroom door. And the staff while nice and polite weren't helpful in suggesting local businesses. The location is excellent right next to the MRT and many buses nearby. It's a little strange because you get in from an alleyway.
Good value for the price. Well-situated and suited me fine for how long I was there. Well-worth it. Not prefect as for a 5-start hotel but great overall

Liked: Staff & service
The guard is very responsible and lead us to MTR entrance A1 , as we carry large suitcases, this helped us a lot of time for us to catch high speed train to China

Good location
The location of the hotel is very good, right next to metro, tram and close to the airport bus stop. The entrance is from the side of the building.
Hong Kong is not a cheap place, but this hotel was excellent and afforable. Nice big, comfortable room. Great location - walking distance to loads of places and near the ferry - for a trip to Macau - and the harbour for the light show. Great hotel
Read others’ reviews so decided to book this hotel. Should exit A1( has Lift) after alight at Sai Ying Pun Not A2 ( staircases to climb)
Truly hotel has this uncle Tom Cheung who is super helpful ,lucky met him on the day I checked out ( Raining day)
First he helped me to get my late lunch (3pm) at level 3 restaurant which kitchen already closed at 2pm
Secondly he helped me to get a recycle bag for my cookies that avoid wet in raining day
Then he offered me an umbrella and bring me to exit A2 lift which I didn’t know on my first day to hotel - most of us take exit A2 although is nearer to hotel but need climb up many staircases with your luggages
The hotel is located in the very convenient area to take a bus, a tram, and subway, and many shops around in a walking distance. Room is clean but one outlet was not working to charge. There are no outlets around the beds if you want to charge your phone or your tablet. The security guard at the entrance called Tom Chang is very friendly with big smiling always, gave us many local tips for both Hong King and Macau. We enjoyed to stay at this hotel.
This hotel has black mould in its rooms. It is not safe to stay in. If I could give negative rating I would. Staff refused a refund even though I left the hotel due to health issues with their black mould. Terrible. Never ever stay here. Negative 10 rating on all fronts.
