The property is not exactly convenient but there's a bus stop outside where I can take bus to Central where I conduct most of my activities. The cloth hanger inside the closet is too high for my height, so is the towel rack in the bathroom.

I checked in at almost midnight after an exhausting flight late Aug 8th, when I stood at the front desk, the staff at the desk keep typing at the computer and totally ignored me. There was not even an eye contact or greeting. He make me feel I should not even be there to disturb him. he just let me waited for 3 minutes before responding to me and did l the check in process. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels anround the world, inckuding third world countries, and this is the worst experience ever.

The hotel has great value for its price! The room and the bathroom were clean and the space was decent. I especially liked the large window and the sitting area. Just watch out that there aren’t much shopping/convenience store/dining immediately nearby. Most options are about 5-10 minutes of walk. One tip would be to take the Bus route 15. The station is next to the hotel. It can take you to both Hong Kong station as well as the Peak.

Pretty good hotel but a bit further away (20 mins walk) from any shops or restaurants. View from our room was stunning! Loved that there was a restaurant for breakfast. Room was adequate size for two. However, no safe. Overall, a good experience.

We booked 5 rooms in this hotel, as all of our coworkers are staying here. It is unfortunate that during our stay, Hong Kong is raining almost every day! One day, when we came back to the hotel, the rain was pouring down. We have a child with us, the taxi driver stopped a few steps away from the side walk. We ask the hotel concierge to help us because the 5 years old boy was scared. But they just shrugged their shoulder and told us they couldn’t help! This is totally unacceptable.
