The Shangrila is a spacious 400 + sqft apartment with Lanai/Balcony on the 20th Floor of the Fairway Villa Complex. It boasts an Ocean/Diamond Head/Alawai Canal Golf Course View and has everything you would need to come relax and enjoy a month or more in Hawaii.

It is located in downtown Waikiki on the corner of 2345 Alawai Blvd with a cross street of Walina.

A convenient location, with the newly opened Waikiki Market grocery store across the street, bus, food, shopping, dining, a block away and the beach, zoo, Kapiolani park, a mere 10 minute walk away.

For the safety of our guests, the building has 24 hour security with Key card secured doors.

Amenities include, Pool on the top Deck, (29th floor) , Sauna, showers, and two large stainless steel gas barbecues and sitting area for guests to enjoy.

There is a trash chute right next to my unit so you don't have to walk far to throw out the garbage and your recyclables.

There is a washer dryer in the unit for added convenience which is very rare in Waikiki.

The unit is furnished with a table with 3 chairs, a queen bed, dresser, tv/dvd, Fully equipped kitchen with all the needed cups plates, pans etc. Full size fridge, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker.

Parking is negotiable for those that need it, please confirm with me so I can ensure a spot is available as I typically rent the space out for $250/ month to building tenants.

I love pets but not in my rentals, so unfortunately I do not allow pets with this rental. The association only allows pets that are service animals registered as Emotional Support Animals "ESA"

Convenient

The location is very convenient for a person who decided not to rent a car and staying for a long time. I stayed for 3 months. The canal is right across the street with a nice sidewalk where I could take a walk in the mornings. Eith in 1 to 3 blocks away is a grocery store, Target, good resturants a big mall. The beach is like a 15 minute walk away. The room has beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. That was really helpful. I used uber a lot. They park right in front. The roof of the building has a cute pool, grills and a lot of seating. You can see fireworks sometimes from the roof. I cooked a lot on the stove. The full size refrigerator was great. The building is secure and the front desk people are nice. The best part was waking up to the view of a sunrise over the mountains. So pretty. yarger

Fairway Villa

Centrally located, clean comfortable room. Brand new market one block away. Check in process was easy. Owner was nice and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Mike was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay at *Shangri-La* a lot!

We arrived at Honolulu on Aug. 23rd, when Hurricane Lane was just approaching to the Hawaii Islands. We had been worried about it, but Mike was very helpful, and everything went quite fine. He helped us by talking or texting on LINE several times. The place was really nice and clean, and we had every thing we needed including an icebox! (Actually, we used it when we had a BBQ at the recreation deck on 29th floor.) Close to *Food Pantry*, many shops, restaurants, bus stop etc. We enjoyed our stay so much till Sep. 6th. Thank you, Mike! We hope to visit your place soon again. Sachiko
