The front desk reception guys is terrible. Don’t allow me to ask questions. We booked for two double bed but they said in this building there is no two double bed room and only sofa bed. The hotel is dirty and too old. Also, it is too noisy.

We stayed here as it was conveniently close to beach, shops etc We did see the previous comments about it been old and run down but didn't mind as we pretty much only needed a place to sleep as we would be out all day but I really can't recall seeing any post of it having a roach problem. I can't say how disgusted I am of roaches, we couldn't keep any outside food outside of the fridge because it would attract even more roaches. If you have a few extra dollars to get another hotel, do so. The beds are lumpy and hard to sleep in and let not even talk about the terrible parking situation, don't get me wrong I loved my trip to Honolulu but hated to have to come to the hotel to sleep. I don't know why it doesn't let me upload photos of the roaches and lumps of the bed I assume it's because my review is low rating but I have photos of everything. Very disappointed of the hotel. Most receptionist were attentive so that is the only good thing I can say.

Worst hotel ever. Their shower is horrible to set the temperature of water. All of sudden it went to hot or cold like flip the coin. Must middle of19th century people shower like this. Worst ever.

I get it it’s an old property but previous tenets pubic hair stuck to shower wall, standing in two inches of shower back wash that didn’t drain, the permanent tenant that spray paints things on his balcony the fumes wafting into the louvered windows. Don’t get me started on the taxed fees geared towards Airbnb guests. I didn’t use Airbnb. Do better
