the twin fin is in an excellent location. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a great partial view of the ocean. but looks directly on to other hotels. we were there for 11 days and they were lacking a few things that would have made the stay a little more comfortable - like real cups / mugs - they provided paper cups. No wine glasses. Overall it was satisfactory The bathroom on the other hand was a different story. It was like, who ever designed the shower/bath combination has never used it EVER. 1. the shower curtain rod must have been installed wrong because no matter how much you pulled it to the ends he shower curtain ultimately ended up pooling in the middle due to the curve of the rod. 2. of ALL the walls they could put the shampoo / body wash bottles and soap holder, they put it on the wall where you bump into it everytime you lift your arm / elbow. They could have put them in front of you under the shower - the spot your body doesn't touch. showering was a challenge of ensuring the shower curtain closed enough so that the water didn't splash everywhere and also making sure you didn't keep hitting the bottles with your arm/elbow while washing your hair. although you got "credits" towards some beach accessories , they didn't include beach toys so if nothing suited you then you don't actually get to use your credits. Not sure why it matters what you use your credits on considering the hefty resort fees.

We stayed for our third time at twin fin recently. We got a king bed with an ocean view, the room was perfect and clean, bed was comfortable, view was stunning. My only complaint is that it seems the bathrooms were an afterthought when designing the rooms. Our bathroom was a handicap shower… the shower curtain is cheap and does not help keep water from splashing. In fact so much water runs out of the shower that the floor floods every time you use it, because of that there is mold growing in between the tiles in the shower and floor. The maids don’t scrub the bathrooms, use bleach,etc. No counter at all, no space to place anything in the bathroom.
