Perfect location. Exceptional service and beautiful room! Super comfortable. Just no spa if you’re looking for a spa experience… had a good massage but they don’t have an actual spa and the pool is small. Great for a long term stay.

This property is perfectly located close to beach ,shopping and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful with outdoor verandas and well appointed rooms equipped with kitchenettes. Balcony rooms offer beautiful views of the beach and surrounding area. The staff is the most amazing. Everyone greets you with smiles and they bend over backward to assist with any need. I have never been treated so kindly at a hotel. The food was fresh and really well done…we had breakfasts and dinner several times on property…never a disappointment. I will most definitley return and highly recommend Ka’Lai for all

Room was very clean and had lots of extra perks. Staff was friendly and professional and everyone went the extra mile to take care of us!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!! Would stay here again if I ever go to Honolulu!!!

It’s quiet. You can’t hear the loud ocean when the widnows are closed, unlike a couple other hotels I stayed at previously. The customer services are fantastic, and they are courteous and helpful, thoughtful. This quality is not found in many hotels these days. To compare my previous experience with one in San Diego, which is about the same level in terms of price, this is way way more pleasant to staying at.

Fantastic property with great rooms. Walking distance to dining, shopping, and the beach. Staff is very attentive, friendly, and always calls you by name. Would definitely stay here again.

this was my first time in Waikiki. The property was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond. I would definitely stay there again. The property was located across the street from the beach and right around the corner from So many shops to shop at.
